“I’m really proud and slightly overwhelmed today. I thought it would be alright but it got really nostalgic and did bring back a lot of memories,” DJ Jazzie B mentioned on the unveiling of their award on Friday, March 06 on behalf of the band. “Forever, whatever, it will always be London for me. A happy face, a thumping bass, Camden I love you.”
Soul II Soul are the newest musicians to be feted on the monument web site, devoted to acts which represented the neighbourhood vibe of Camden of their music.
